E\-Commerce Manager – Amazon, Noon \& Online Sales moorkits.com **Company:** Moor **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Job Type:** Full\-Time About Moor Moor is a UAE\-based lifestyle and preparedness brand offering premium ready\-to\-use kits for home, travel, outdoor activities, first aid, and everyday emergencies. As we continue to expand across the UAE and GCC, we are looking for an experienced **E\-Commerce Manager** to take full ownership of our online sales channels. The Role The E\-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Moor's presence across **Amazon, Noon, our own website, and other online marketplaces**. This is a hands\-on position. We are looking for someone who understands marketplace operations, listings, promotions, inventory, advertising, analytics, and conversion optimization — and can turn these channels into meaningful revenue drivers. Key Responsibilities * Manage Moor's **Amazon UAE, Noon UAE, website, and other e\-commerce platforms** * Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and enhanced content * Manage marketplace pricing, promotions, discounts, bundles, and campaigns * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid out\-of\-stock situations * Manage Amazon FBA/FBM and Noon fulfillment requirements where applicable * Monitor account health, listing issues, suppressed products, returns, customer feedback, and marketplace compliance * Plan and manage marketplace advertising, including Amazon PPC and sponsored product campaigns * Improve product rankings, visibility, traffic, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance * Work closely with Moor's marketing team on product launches, campaigns, content, and promotions * Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams regarding inventory and order fulfillment * Analyze sales performance, advertising spend, ROAS, conversion rates, margins, and other key KPIs * Prepare weekly and monthly e\-commerce performance reports * Identify new online marketplaces and sales opportunities across the UAE and GCC * Support major online sales periods such as Ramadan, Eid, White Friday, Prime Day, and marketplace\-specific campaigns Requirements * Minimum **2–3 years of e\-commerce or marketplace management experience** * Strong hands\-on experience with **Amazon Seller Central** * Experience managing **Noon Seller Lab** is highly preferred * Experience with Shopify or similar e\-commerce platforms * Good understanding of Amazon PPC, marketplace SEO, keywords, and listing optimization * Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills * Ability to manage multiple SKUs, inventory, promotions, and pricing * Understanding of e\-commerce margins, marketplace fees, advertising costs, and profitability * Excellent English communication skills * UAE e\-commerce experience is strongly preferred What We're Looking For We want someone who takes **ownership of online sales**.
