Key Responsibilities Order Preparation \& Fulfillment: Monitor incoming online orders, pick and pack stock, and prepare packages for shipping or local delivery. Inventory Control: Conduct routine stock checks, align physical store inventory with online listings, and notify management of stock shortages or variances. Customer Care: Monitor order statuses, address customer inquiries or delivery issues promptly, and ensure high satisfaction scores. Store \& Warehouse Coordination: Work directly with physical store staff and logistics teams to track inventory levels, resolve dispatch delays, and handle returns.
