Duty Manager - Cinema F&B & Operations

**WE ARE HIRING \| DUTY MANAGER – CINEMA F\&B \& OPERATIONS** We are looking for an experienced **Duty Manager** to oversee daily cinema operations and ensure an excellent guest experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage daily Cinema \& F\&B operations * Lead and supervise the operations team * Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness \& food safety * Monitor F\&B sales, stock, wastage \& cash handling * Ensure smooth screening and auditorium operations * Handle guest complaints, incidents \& emergencies * Ensure compliance with SOPs, HSE \& operational standards * Monitor shift performance and achieve operational KPIs **Requirements:** * 2–4 years’ experience in F\&B or Hospitality * Strong leadership \& communication skills * Customer\-focused and hands\-on approach * Willing to work shifts, weekends \& public holidays * **Apply:** Share your CV On Whats App \- 33590490 (No call will be entertained) Pay: BD350\.000 \- BD400\.000 per month Work Location: In person
