Dumper Operator

• Safely operate large capacity dump trucks to transport earth, rock, and other bulk materials across construction sites and quarries. • Perform pre-operation checks to ensure the dumper is in safe working order, including brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels. • Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently, coordinating with site supervisors and loaders to prevent over/underfilling. • Navigate challenging terrain, inclines, and confined spaces while maintaining vehicle stability and control. • Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) appropriate for heavy vehicle operation. • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy earthmoving equipment. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of heavy machinery mechanics and the ability to perform basic maintenance.
