مهندس رئيسي\- تصميم الطرق \- (26001464\) **الوصف الوظيفي** Strategy * Participate in preparing and reviewing Terms of Reference (TORs) and Consultancy Service * Agreement documents in alignment with RTA’s design and contracting standards. * Support strategic coordination with external entities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Ministry of * Public Works, developers) to align project objectives with broader city infrastructure goals. Operations * Review geometric designs for road and highway projects to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with approved standards. * Coordinate between consultants and relevant RTA departments to ensure seamless execution of project tasks and resolution of design\-related issues. * Monitor project progress, measure consultant performance, and ensure deliverables meet RTA’s quality expectations and timelines. * Prepare technical reports, correspondence, and presentations for higher management, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives. * Actively participate in cross\-functional RTA committees and working groups to support integrated design outcomes.
