**Job Title: Drop Point Clerk** **About the Role** We are seeking an attentive and customer\-oriented **Drop Point Clerk** to manage logistics tickets, resolve customer inquiries, and coordinate closely with dispatch and operations teams. In this role, you will investigate shipment discrepancies and ensure prompt issue resolution. * **Salary:** 3,000 SAR ( increasing to **3,500 SAR** after successfully passing the probation period) * **Location Flexibility:** Must be willing to accept operational transfers to any city as operations require. **Key Responsibilities** * **Ticket \& Complaint Management:** Receive and process complaints and tickets originating from HQ and the customer service hotline. * **Case Investigation:** Review case details in the system, including waybills, scan histories, and proofs of delivery. * **Internal Coordination:** Work closely with couriers, team leaders, and supervisors to investigate and resolve issues quickly. * **Customer Communication:** Contact customers directly when necessary to confirm delivery addresses, timeframes, or specific details. * **End\-to\-End Tracking:** Monitor delayed, failed, lost, or damaged parcels and follow up until a complete resolution is reached. * **System Updates \& Reporting:** Close tickets timely within the system, update HQ with results, track recurring issues by courier or area, and report findings to the supervisor. * **Performance Reporting:** Prepare daily and weekly complaints tracking reports using Excel. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * **Language Proficiency:** Very good command of **Arabic, English, and Urdu**. * **Technical Skills:** Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** for tracking reports and managing metrics. * **Core Competencies:** Strong communication skills, excellent customer service orientation, and the ability to adapt to pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * **Mobility:** Flexibility to accept transfers to other cities based on operational needs.
