**Hiring: Driver \& General Administration Assistant** **Location: Meshaf / Al Wukair, Qatar** **Luxury Abaya Boutique** We are seeking a **reliable, responsible, and well\-organized Driver \& General Administration Assistant** to join our growing luxury abaya boutique. (Client ) The ideal candidate must hold a valid **Qatar Driving License**, have a clean driving record, possess strong knowledge of Qatar roads, and be able to support driving, purchasing, deliveries, banking, inventory, staff transportation, and general administrative and government\-related tasks. Key Responsibilities * Purchase materials, fabrics, supplies, and other items required for the shop. * Pick up and drop off Laseta staff when required. * Deliver customer orders safely and on time when required. * Visit suppliers and collect purchased materials and goods. * Monitor and assist with inventory stock levels and report shortages. * Handle company\-related banking activities, including bank visits, deposits, collections, and authorized cash withdrawals from ATMs/banks. * Handle brand/company\-related official transactions and procedures. * Maintain, organize, file, and track company official documents. * Monitor document, license, and permit expiry dates and inform management in advance. * Assist with Immigration and Labour\-related tasks and government portals when required. * Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition and report any maintenance requirements. * Ensure the **workplace, vehicle, and assigned areas are always kept clean and tidy**. * Perform other driving, administrative, and operational duties assigned by management. Requirements * **Valid Qatar Driving License with a clean driving record and no major accident history.** * Minimum **3 years of driving experience in Qatar**. · Ability to manage time effectively and work flexible hours as required. * Basic knowledge of **sales and inventory management** is preferred. * Experience in company errands, deliveries, purchasing, or administrative support is an advantage. * Basic knowledge of **Qatar government portals, Immigration, and Labour procedures** is preferred. * Basic computer skills and the ability to enter and maintain records. * Good communication skills in **English and Hindi**. * Arabic language skills will be an advantage. * Honest, trustworthy, punctual, and responsible. * Able to handle confidential company documents, cash, and financial transactions professionally. * Physically fit and flexible to work according to business requirements. * Previous experience in a **retail, fashion, abaya, or trading company** will be an advantage. **Salary Package:** QAR 2,000 to QAR 2,500, based on skills and experience. **Housing**: Shared Accommodation may be provided **Air Ticket:** Provided upon completion of every two years of service. **End of Service Benefits:** As per Qatar Labour Law. **Working Hours:** Flexible / on call.
