Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Driver cum Supervisor to join our cleaning services team. The candidate will be responsible for safely transporting cleaning staff and materials to different sites while also supervising daily cleaning operations and ensuring work is completed according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
\* Drive company vehicle safely to and from client locations.
\* Transport cleaning staff, equipment, and cleaning materials.
\* Supervise cleaning staff at assigned sites.
\* Ensure cleaning work is completed according to the required standards and SOPs.
\* Check staff attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and discipline.
\* Coordinate daily schedules and site requirements with the operations team.
\* Conduct site inspections and report any issues to management.
\* Communicate professionally with clients and handle basic site\-related requirements.
\* Ensure cleaning equipment and company vehicles are properly maintained.
\* Report damages, complaints, shortages, or operational issues immediately.
\* Support the operations team whenever required.
Requirements
\* Valid UAE driving license.
\* Previous experience in cleaning services, facilities management, or site supervision is preferred.
\* Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
\* Basic English communication skills.
\* Good leadership and communication skills.
\* Responsible, punctual, and professional.
\* Ability to work flexible hours and travel between different sites.
\* Previous experience as a Driver cum Supervisor will be an advantage.
