Drive Test Engineer

We are hiring experienced Drive Test Engineers to perform RF drive testing, network performance analysis, site verification, and troubleshooting for GSM, LTE, and 5G networks. The ideal candidate should have Huawei project experience, strong RF testing knowledge, and the ability to independently execute drive test activities and prepare technical reports. Roles & Responsibilities: • Perform Single Site Verification (SSV) drive tests for GSM, LTE, and 5G networks. • Conduct RF site audits and identify drive test requirements. • Execute Cluster Drive Tests and prepare cluster test reports. • Perform troubleshooting drive tests for site outages and hardware-related issues. • Conduct interference and frequency scanning drive tests. • Analyze drive test logs and prepare technical reports. • Verify network coverage and performance against project requirements. • Ensure all testing activities comply with project quality standards and acceptance criteria. • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Preferred) • Minimum 35 years of Drive Test experience • Huawei project experience preferred • Overseas project experience preferred • Experience in GSM, LTE, and 5G network testing • Strong knowledge of RF Drive Testing, Cluster Drive Testing, RF Audits, Frequency Scanning, and Interference Scanning • Ability to analyze test logs and prepare technical reports • Good communication and reporting skills
