Driller - Deep Drilling

We are seeking Drillers with deep drilling land rig 3000HP experience for our client in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities: Operate and oversee the drilling equipment, including drawworks, mud pumps, and drilling systems, to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations. Monitor drilling parameters, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to optimize drilling performance. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a strong focus on safety in all drilling activities. Collaborate closely with the drilling team, including assistant drillers, derrickhands, and roughnecks, to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations. Complete daily drilling reports and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents. Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly. Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the drilling team. • Experience of 3+years as a Driller with mandatory experience in 3000HP and above in deep drilling onshore/land rig operations. • Candidates from Canada, United States, Europe, Eastern Europe, Australia, China are preferred. • Must have worked with NOV EDS systems and cyber/chair joysticks rigs. • A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the drilling team. • Mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of drilling equipment. • Willingness to work in a physically demanding and remote onshore environment. • Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC). • Safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
