Job description
• Manage and supervise Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) operations.
• Plan and execute dredging work plans and production schedules.
• Lead, train, and supervise dredge operators and site teams.
• Coordinate marine survey activities and support survey operations.
• Monitor production, safety, quality, and project progress.
• Ensure efficient execution and timely completion of project milestones.
• Bachelor's degree in Marine, Civil, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Dredging Superintendent on major dredging projects.
• Proven hands-on experience with Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSD) .
• Strong knowledge of dredging operations, production planning, and marine survey coordination.
• GCC/Middle East dredging experience preferred.
