Job description
We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented **Fabrication Drawing \& Estimation Engineer / Draftsman** with experience in the oil \& gas fabrication industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling fabrication drawings, quotation estimation, client coordination, and supporting both office and operational activities while working across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Interpret and prepare **engineering and fabrication drawings** for machining and fabrication projects.
* Review client drawings and specifications to support manufacturing and production.
* Prepare **quotations, cost estimations, and material take\-offs** based on project requirements.
* **Manage client calls and communications**, providing technical and commercial clarifications.
* **Negotiate pricing and project terms** with clients when required.
* Coordinate with workshop and production teams to ensure technical accuracy.
* Assist in office administration and project coordination tasks.
* Support and collaborate with multiple departments as required.
**Requirements**
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
* **Freshers are welcome to apply.**
* Previous experience in **oil field fabrication / oil \& gas industry** is an advantage.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software is an advantage
* Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and manufacturing processes.
* Knowledge of **quotation preparation and estimation**.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in **English and Hindi**.
* Ability to manage office\-related work efficiently.
* Willingness to work across different departments and support operational needs.
