Draftsman – Interior Fit-Out & Civil Works

We are looking for a **Draftsman** with experience in **Interior Fit\-Out and Civil Drawings** to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in developing design concepts, space planning, and mood boards. * Create accurate 3D visualizations, renderings, and floor plans. * Support the team with drafting technical drawings and material schedules. * Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, and digital tools. **Requirements** * Minimum **1–2 years** of experience in interior fit\-out and civil drawings. * Proficient in **AutoCAD**. * Ability to prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as\-built drawings. * Good coordination and communication skills. * Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. * **Proficiency in 3ds Max** (with V\-Ray / Corona) is **required**. * **Preferred:** Experience or interest in leveraging **AI design tools** (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar visualization tools) to enhance concept development workflows. * Good understanding of drafting tools (AutoCAD/Revit). * Strong eye for detail, proportion, and color aesthetics. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors as required. * Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Planning, Production, QA/QC, and Cost Control departments.
