DRAFTSMAN (Interior Design/Fit-Out Works)

HIRING: DRAFTSMAN – INTERIOR DESIGN / FIT\-OUT **Location:** Qatar We are looking for an experienced **Draftsman** with strong experience in **interior design and fit\-out projects** to prepare detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects. **Key Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * **3–5\+ years of relevant experience** in interior design, fit\-out, or construction projects. * Strong experience in preparing **shop drawings, detailed drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and as\-built drawings**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**; knowledge of **SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, or other design software** is an advantage. * Good understanding of **interior finishes, joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, furniture, and fit\-out details**. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and design drawings. * Experience coordinating drawings with **site teams, designers, consultants, and subcontractors**. * Ability to take site measurements and prepare accurate drawings accordingly. * **Qatar/GCC fit\-out experience is highly preferred.** * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. * **QID holders / candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.** * Immediate availability is an advantage.
