Draftsman (Hospitality & F&B)

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled **Draftsman** with proven experience in the **Food \& Beverage (F\&B) sector and hospitality industry**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and designs that support kitchen, restaurant, and hospitality facility projects, ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate **CAD drawings, layouts, and 3D models** for F\&B outlets, kitchens, and hospitality facilities. * Collaborate with **Project Managers, Architects, and Kitchen Designers** to translate concepts into technical drawings. * Ensure all designs comply with **hospitality standards, food safety regulations, and ergonomic requirements**. * Revise and update drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and site conditions. * Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals. * Support the **engineering and maintenance teams** with technical documentation. * Conduct site visits to verify measurements and ensure alignment with design specifications. Qualifications \& Skills * Diploma/Degree in **Drafting, Architecture, or Engineering**. * Minimum **3–5 years of drafting experience** in the **hospitality or F\&B sector**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software**. * Strong knowledge of **kitchen layouts, restaurant design, and hospitality facility planning**. * Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans. * Detail\-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Experience * Previous involvement in **hotel, resort, or restaurant projects**. * Familiarity with **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination** in hospitality environments. * Understanding of **local building codes and food safety standards**.
