Draftsman (Fine-Dine Restaurant Industry)

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with experience in the F\&B and hospitality sector to support the design and execution of fine\-dine restaurant projects. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans that align with operational, aesthetic, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate architectural and interior design drawings for fine\-dine restaurant projects. * Develop detailed layouts for kitchen, dining, and service areas ensuring functionality and compliance with industry standards. * Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to translate concepts into technical drawings. * Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project requirements. * Ensure all drawings adhere to safety, hygiene, and regulatory codes applicable to the hospitality industry. * Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals. * Provide technical support during site inspections and project execution. Qualifications \& Skills * Diploma/Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field. * Proven experience as a Draftsman in the F\&B or hospitality industry. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting/design software. * Strong knowledge of restaurant layouts, kitchen ergonomics, and hospitality design standards. * Attention to detail with excellent technical drawing skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Strong communication and coordination skills. Preferred Experience * Prior involvement in fine\-dine restaurant projects. * Familiarity with fit\-out works and MEP coordination in hospitality settings. * Knowledge of local building codes and international hospitality standards.
