Draftsman (AutoCAD & 3ds Max)

**Draftsman (AutoCAD \& 3ds Max)** Job Summary We are looking for a skilled **Draftsman** with experience in **AutoCAD** and **3ds Max** to prepare detailed technical drawings and realistic 3D visualizations for architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should be able to convert design concepts into accurate shop drawings and presentation materials while coordinating with architects, engineers, and project teams. Key Responsibilities * Prepare architectural, interior, and shop drawings using **AutoCAD**. * Create high\-quality **3D models and realistic renderings** using **3ds Max**. * Revise drawings based on project requirements and consultant comments. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers. * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and company standards. * Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details. * Maintain organized drawing records and document revisions. * Support site teams by providing technical drawing updates when required. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** as a Draftsman. * Proficiency in: * AutoCAD * 3ds Max * V\-Ray or Corona Renderer * Adobe Photoshop * Microsoft Office * Knowledge of architectural and interior shop drawings. * Ability to produce accurate 2D drawings and high\-quality 3D visualizations. * Strong attention to detail and time management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in **construction or interior fit\-out companies**. * Knowledge of **Revit** is an advantage. * Knowledge of **SketchUp** is an advantage. * Familiarity with **Qatar construction standards** is preferred. * Valid QID with NOC (for local candidates).
