Draftman

**Job is only valid for people who can immediately join and currently inside Oman** **Draftsman Responsibilities:** * Prepare and produce detailed technical drawings, schematics, and plans based on design specifications. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings. * Revise drawings and plans based on feedback or design changes. * Maintain an organized and up\-to\-date record of all drawings and documents. * Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all drawings. * Assist in the preparation of material specifications. * Liaise between the design team and the site construction team to ensure seamless project execution. * Ensure that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications. * Address any issues or discrepancies between the drawings and site conditions in a timely manner. * Conduct site visits to check progress and provide technical support to the site team. * Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure materials and equipment are available when needed. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical. * Proven experience in drafting and technical drawing (2D and 3D). * Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit,.(Proficiency in BIM is a plus.) * Knowledge of site coordination, project management, and fit\-out processes. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams. * Ability to resolve problems and handle site\-related challenges. **People with expired or cancelled visa will be given preference.** Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
