Document Controller

**Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, and correspondence for Civil, MEP, and Interior Fit\-out projects. * Control and track shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, MIRs, and WIRs. * Manage document transmittals, registers, logs, and daily updates using Aconex, Procore, or similar EDMS platforms. * Monitor document revisions, approvals, and distribution to ensure proper version control. * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for document submissions and approvals. * Maintain organized filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of project documents. * Coordinate Abu Dhabi authority submissions and prepare project close\-out documents, O\&M manuals, as\-built drawings, and handover files. * Prepare document control reports and support project audits while ensuring compliance with company procedures. **Requirements** * 2–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in Civil, MEP, or Interior Fit\-out projects. * Proficiency in Aconex, Procore, or other Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). * Knowledge of document control procedures, revision tracking, transmittals, and technical document registers. * Familiarity with shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, MIRs/WIRs, and project handover documentation. * Understanding of Abu Dhabi authority documentation requirements is an advantage. * Good organizational, communication, coordination, and time\-management skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
