Division Manager - MEP (Mechanical -Contracting)

**Job Title: Division Manager – MEP Contracting** **Location: Doha, Qatar** **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Division Manager** to lead our **MEP Contracting Division**. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in **HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical systems**, combined with proven leadership skills and a track record of driving business growth in the **MEP contracting industry**. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee the **design, installation, commissioning, and handover** of MEP projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards. * Lead and mentor a high\-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. * Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets. * Manage key client relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify new business opportunities. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (engineering, procurement, operations) to optimize project execution. **Qualifications \& Skills** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **15 years** in MEP contracting, with at least **5 years in a leadership role**. * **Technical Expertise:** Deep knowledge of **HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical systems**, including design, installation, and commissioning. * **Business Acumen:** Proven ability to drive sales, secure contracts, and grow a division. * **Leadership:** Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate. * **Communication:** Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Pay: QAR15,000\.00 \- QAR22,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
