Dispatcher

**Key Responsibilities:** * **Order Management** * Receive invoices/orders directly from the call center system. * Distribute orders to the concerned production sections for preparation. * Follow up on order status to ensure timely completion. * **Quality Review \& Verification** * Collect orders once prepared and review them against the invoice. * Verify all items, additions, and special requests are complete. * Ensure product safety and accuracy before dispatch. * **Labeling \& Printing** * Handle order labels and special print requests as per customer specifications. * Review labels for correctness and attach them securely to the product. * **Packaging \& Presentation** * Oversee the packaging process with care and attention to detail. * Ensure products are well\-presented, clean, and meet company standards before handover. * **Coordination with Delivery** * Handover final reviewed and packaged orders to the delivery section. * Communicate any special instructions to drivers/delivery team. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * High school diploma or equivalent (diploma in logistics or operations preferred). * Strong computer literacy (order management systems, printing software). * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to communicate effectively with different departments. * Aesthetic sense and good taste for packaging and presentation. * Previous experience in food dispatching/logistics is a plus.
