Dispatch Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a responsible and organized **Dispatch Coordinator** to coordinate the timely dispatch and delivery of materials, fabricated items, and equipment to project sites and customers. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily dispatch activities and delivery schedules. * Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, delivery notes, and related records. * Coordinate with production, warehouse, transport, and project teams for timely deliveries. * Arrange vehicles and drivers according to dispatch requirements. * Verify materials and quantities before dispatch. * Monitor deliveries and provide updates on delivery status. * Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, delivery locations, and site requirements. * Ensure proper loading, handling, and securing of materials for transportation. * Maintain accurate records of dispatched and delivered materials. * Follow company procedures and safety requirements during loading and dispatch activities. * Report any delays, shortages, damages, or delivery issues to the concerned department. * Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Division Manager. Requirements: * Minimum **1 –2 years of experience** in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or coordination. * Experience in **construction, steel fabrication, or industrial companies** is preferred. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. * Ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities. * Good organizational and problem\-solving skills. * **Locally available in Qatar** with a valid QID preferred. * Immediate joiners are preferred.
