Digital Product Manager

About the Role Dounia Web Enterprise is seeking an innovative and strategy\-driven Digital Product Manager to lead the roadmap, development, and launch of our web and mobile products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives, user experience, and technical execution—driving continuous product improvement and digital innovation. Key Responsibilities * Product Vision \& Strategy: Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals, customer needs, and market trends. * Lifecycle Management: Lead products through their entire lifecycle, from discovery and feature prioritization to development, testing, and release. * Cross\-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with UI/UX designers, software developers, QA engineers, and marketing teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. * Data\-Driven Optimization: Monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior data, and gather feedback to iteratively enhance features and increase engagement. * Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate product status, release milestones, and strategic choices clearly to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Requirements * Experience: 3–5\+ years in digital product management, product ownership, or web/mobile application delivery. * Technical \& Design Acumen: Solid understanding of web development frameworks, UX/UI best practices, APIs, and Agile development methodologies. * Tools Expertise: Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.). * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
