We are looking for a **creative and technically skilled Marketing Specialist** to join our team and take responsibility for our digital marketing, advertising, content creation, and online presence. Job Description We are looking for a **Marketing Specialist** with strong knowledge of **Meta Ads, Google Ads, graphic/video editing, and content creation**. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and comfortable working with digital marketing platforms and editing software. Key Responsibilities * Manage and optimize **Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)** campaigns. * Create and manage **Google Ads** campaigns. * Monitor advertising performance, leads, conversions, and ROI. * Develop creative marketing strategies to increase bookings and customer inquiries. * Create engaging **social media content, reels, videos, posts, and advertisements**. * Design marketing materials for social media and promotional campaigns. * Edit photos and videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. * Maintain and improve the company's social media presence. * Conduct basic market and competitor research. * Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance. * Manage marketing data and reports using **Microsoft Excel**. * Work closely with the sales and operations teams to generate quality leads. * Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising strategies. Required Skills * Strong knowledge of **Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads**. * Strong knowledge of **Google Ads**. * Experience in **content creation and social media marketing**. * Good knowledge of **graphic design and video editing**. * Knowledge of editing software such as: * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Premiere Pro * Adobe Illustrator * Canva * CapCut or similar editing tools * Good knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**, including formulas, reports, and data management. * Good computer and technical skills. * Creative thinking with strong attention to detail. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to analyze marketing data and improve campaign performance. Minimum Qualification **Bachelor's Degree in:** * BS in Information Technology (BS IT) * BS in Computer Science (BS CS) * BS in Software Engineering (BS SE) * Or a related IT/Computer Science field. Preferred Candidate * Minimum **2 years of experience** in digital marketing. * Previous experience in **automotive, car rental, e\-commerce, or similar industries** is an advantage. * Strong portfolio of previous advertising campaigns, social media content, designs, or videos will be preferred. * Candidates who can manage **both paid advertising and creative content production** are highly preferred.
