The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with creative leadership to design and implement strategies that maximize ROI and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities * **Digital strategy**: Define and execute marketing strategies aligned with client objectives. * **Performance marketing**: Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. * **SEO and SEM**: Optimize organic and paid search visibility. * **Social media management**: Develop content strategies and engagement plans for social platforms. * **Analytics and reporting**: Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements. * **Team leadership**: Mentor and manage digital specialists, designers, and content creators. * **Innovation**: Introduce emerging tools and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 in leadership roles. * Proven track record in managing multi\-channel campaigns and delivering measurable growth. * Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) and marketing platforms. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with Bahrain’s digital ecosystem and GCC market trends is an advantage.
