We’re looking for a **content creator who knows how to make people stop scrolling.** This is NOT a basic “post and manage social media” job. YOUR MISSION **Create attention. Create hype. Create viral content.** You will be responsible for creating, filming, editing, and publishing content exclusively for **TikTok \& Instagram Reels**. WE EXPECT YOU TO: * Come up with **bold, unconventional, viral content ideas**. * Film high\-quality automotive videos in our workshop. * Edit fast\-paced, addictive Reels and TikToks. * Create strong hooks that stop people from scrolling. * Turn repairs, transformations, retrofits, and crazy automotive problems into entertaining stories. * Stay ahead of trends, sounds, formats, and viral concepts. * Experiment constantly and find what works. * Analyze performance and improve content based on results. YOU MUST HAVE: * Excellent video editing skills. * Strong understanding of TikTok \& Instagram Reels. * A creative mind that doesn't think like everyone else. * Ability to shoot and edit content independently. * Strong understanding of what makes content **viral and shareable**. * Speed, energy, and the ability to produce consistently. * **A genuine obsession with cars is a BIG advantage.** WE DON'T WANT: Someone who waits to be told what to post.
