Job description
Support the Digital Catalogue Executive in the day-to-day management of product catalogue operations to ensure timely and accurate product launches on Sephora's eCommerce platform. The intern will assist with product data coordination, content management, image organization, launch readiness tracking, and merchandising support while gaining hands-on experience in digital trading and eCommerce operations.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively support the following:
Product Launch & Catalogue Support • Assist in updating and maintaining the newness tracker for upcoming product launches.
• Support the collection and validation of product information required for item setup.
• Monitor launch timelines and escalate missing information to the Digital Catalogue Executive.
• Help track SAP code availability and update launch trackers accordingly.
Product Content Management • Upload and organize product images within internal asset management systems.
• Assist with uploading product videos and maintaining organized content libraries.
• Support product sample image uploads and ensure assets are correctly categorized.
• Share content assets and URLs with relevant internal teams as required.
Merchandising Support • Assist in assigning products to the correct website categories.
• Support category creation and navigation updates.
• Help maintain product search keywords and filters.
• Share product images and assets with cross-functional teams.
Reporting & Administrative Support • Prepare daily and monthly reports from backend systems.
• Maintain organized documentation and shared folders.
• Perform data entry and quality checks to ensure catalogue accuracy.
• Support ad hoc eCommerce and digital merchandising projects as assigned.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling large volumes of data.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Interest in beauty, retail, and digital commerce.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is an advantage.
