Key Responsibilities * **Campaign management:** Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other platforms. * **Audience targeting:** Develop strategies to reach and engage the right audiences. * **Performance optimization:** Analyze campaign data, adjust strategies, and maximize ROI. * **Creative collaboration:** Work with designers and content creators to produce compelling ad creatives. * **Budget management:** Allocate and track advertising budgets effectively. * **Reporting and analytics:** Prepare performance reports and provide insights to management. * **Trend monitoring:** Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 3\+ years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing. * Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms. * Strong analytical skills with experience in data\-driven decision\-making. * Excellent communication and project management abilities. * Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
