Job Title: Designer / Architect Company: Artha Interior Design LLC Location: Dubai, UAE Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Role Overview We are looking for a talented and presentable Designer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should be creative, confident, and capable of handling client interactions professionally while delivering high-quality design outputs. Requirements •Female candidate – European nationality preferred •Fluent in English (spoken & written) •Must be comfortable in client meetings and presentations •Well-dressed, polished, and highly presentable at all times •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to work independently and within a team •Experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields is an advantage Software & Tools Provided by the Company The company will provide access to the following software: •Adobe Illustrator •Adobe Photoshop •Adobe InDesign •AutoCAD •3ds Max Key Responsibilities •Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and presentations based on client requirements and project briefs. •Prepare detailed 2D drawings, plans, elevations, and technical layouts using AutoCAD. •Create 3D visualizations, renderings, and mood boards to support design proposals. •Conduct site visits to understand project conditions, take measurements, and coordinate design feasibility. •Present design ideas and material selections to clients in a confident and professional manner. •Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy and timely execution. •Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories aligned with project standards and budget. •Revise and update drawings or concepts based on client feedback and project requirements. •Prepare design documentation, BOQs, and specifications for project execution. •Ensure all design outputs meet company quality standards and brand guidelines. •Support the marketing team with design-related content when required (presentations, visuals, brochures). •Maintain organized project files, design archives, and documentation for internal reference. •Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and modern design techniques to enhance creativity. •Ensure professional appearance and conduct during all client interactions and meetings.
