Dentist – Revenue Share or Clinic Space Partnership **Location:** Jumeirah, Dubai **Job Type:** Full\-time / Part\-time / Partnership Opportunity **Compensation:** Commission\-based or fixed monthly clinic\-use arrangement We are an established aesthetic and medical clinic in Jumeirah seeking an experienced and commercially driven **Dentist**to join our facility under one of two flexible partnership models. This opportunity is suitable for a dentist who wants to practise from a premium, fully operational clinic without the expense and complexity of setting up an independent facility. Partnership OptionsOption 1: Fixed Monthly Clinic\-Use Arrangement The dentist may operate from the clinic for a fixed monthly fee of **AED 15,000**. The arrangement includes access to: * A dedicated treatment room * Front\-desk and reception support * Appointment coordination * Clinic marketing support * Valet parking wfacilities * Patient waiting and reception areas * Utilities and general clinic facilities * Existing clinic infrastructure and operational support A dental nurse is **not included** under this arrangement and must be arranged separately by the dentist, subject to clinic and regulatory approval. Under this model, the dentist retains the revenue generated from their patients while paying the agreed fixed monthly fee. Option 2: Commission\-Based Arrangement The dentist may join the clinic under a revenue\-sharing model: * **60% retained by the clinic** * **40% paid to the dentist** The exact calculation method, including the treatment\-related costs to be deducted before commission where applicable, will be clearly defined in the final agreement. This model is suitable for dentists who prefer to work within the clinic’s existing operational structure without committing to a fixed monthly rental amount. Key Responsibilities * Conduct dental consultations, examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning * Deliver safe, ethical, and high\-quality dental treatments * Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation * Clearly explain treatment options, costs, and aftercare instructions to patients * Follow all infection\-control, sterilisation, and patient\-safety protocols * Coordinate with the clinic’s front\-desk, management, and marketing teams * Support patient retention and long\-term treatment planning * Maintain professional conduct and protect the clinic’s reputation * Ensure compliance with DHA and UAE healthcare regulations Candidate Requirements * Valid DHA licence or eligibility letter as a Dentist * Recognised dental qualification * Relevant clinical experience in the UAE * Strong communication and patient\-consultation skills * Professional appearance and excellent bedside manner * Ability to independently manage consultations and treatment plans * Commercial awareness and a patient\-focused approach * Commitment to ethical treatment recommendations * Existing patient base or personal book of patients is highly preferred * Experience in cosmetic and restorative dentistry is an advantage Experience in any of the following areas will be beneficial: * General dentistry * Cosmetic dentistry * Veneers * Crowns and bridges * Teeth whitening * Root\-canal treatment * Restorative dentistry * Invisalign or clear aligners * Dental implants * Smile\-makeover consultations What We Offer * Premium clinic location in Jumeirah * Professionally managed reception and patient experience * Marketing and content support * Valet parking for patients * Access to an established clinic environment * Flexible working structure * Opportunity to build a long\-term dental department * Two commercial models based on the dentist’s preferred level of independence Application Questions Please include the following information with your application: * Do you currently hold a valid DHA licence or eligibility letter? * How many years of dental experience do you have in the UAE? * What dental procedures do you primarily perform? * Do you currently have an existing patient base? * Which commercial arrangement do you prefer: AED 15,000 monthly clinic\-use fee or 40% dentist commission? * What days and timings are you available?
