**Dental Lab Coordinator – Dentist** **Location:** UAE **Job Type:** Full\-time **Experience Level:** Experienced Dentist / Dental Professional About the Role We are looking for a **Dentist to join our dental laboratory as a Lab Coordinator**. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the dental laboratory and clinics/dentists, ensuring clear communication, accurate case planning, smooth case coordination, and excellent customer service. This position is ideal for a dentist who has strong clinical knowledge and is interested in working closely with dental laboratories, dentists, digital dentistry, and dental case management. Key Responsibilities * Communicate with dentists and clinics regarding **new and ongoing dental cases** * Understand prescriptions, treatment plans, clinical requirements, and laboratory instructions * Coordinate cases between dentists and laboratory technicians * Review case requirements before production and identify missing information or potential issues * Follow up with dentists regarding **impressions, scans, photographs, shade selection, bite records, preparation details, and other case requirements** * Discuss case planning and technical requirements with dentists when necessary * Coordinate digital cases involving **intraoral scans, CAD/CAM workflows, crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, and full\-arch cases** * Follow up on case status, delivery timelines, approvals, try\-ins, and modifications * Maintain strong professional relationships with existing dental clinics and dentists * Assist in resolving case\-related concerns and coordinate solutions with the laboratory team * Visit dental clinics when required for case discussions, presentations, or relationship management * Introduce laboratory products, services, and digital workflows to dental clinics * Support the business development team in acquiring and maintaining clinic accounts * Maintain proper records of cases, communications, feedback, and follow\-ups * Ensure smooth communication between **dentists, technicians, drivers, and laboratory management** Requirements * **Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS or equivalent)** * Valid UAE dental experience or relevant experience working with dental clinics/laboratories * Strong understanding of general dentistry and dental laboratory procedures * Good knowledge of **crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, dentures, aligners, and digital dentistry** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to understand and communicate clinical and technical dental requirements * Excellent English communication skills * Strong organizational and follow\-up skills * Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously * Professional appearance and confident communication with dentists and clinic teams * UAE driving license is an advantage Preferred Skills * Previous experience working in a **dental laboratory** * Experience as a **dental lab coordinator, clinical coordinator, or dental consultant** * Knowledge of CAD/CAM and digital dental workflows * Experience with intraoral scanning and digital impressions * Experience coordinating implant and full\-arch cases * Existing relationships with dental clinics and dentists in the UAE * UAE experience in dental sales, business development, or clinic coordination What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications * Professional and supportive working environment * Opportunity to work closely with dentists and experienced dental technicians * Exposure to advanced digital dentistry and laboratory workflows * Career growth opportunities * Performance\-based incentives may be available How to Apply Please submit: * Updated **CV** * Copy of your dental qualification * Details of your UAE dental experience * Current location in the UAE * Notice period / availability * Expected salary **Candidates with previous dental laboratory or clinic coordination experience are highly preferred.** If you are a dentist who enjoys **communication, case planning, digital dentistry, and working closely with other dental professionals**, we would love to hear from you.
