Dental Assistant

**MANDATORY: Valid NHRA License as a Dental Assistant. Applications without an active NHRA licence will not be considered.** **Location:** Kingdom of Bahrain **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Role Summary** Support the dental team in delivering safe, efficient and patient\-focused care by preparing the equipment, assisting chairside during procedures, and maintaining infection\-control and sterilisation standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and treatments (four\-handed dentistry). * Prepare, disinfect and set up the operatory, instruments and materials before each patient. * Carry out sterilisation and infection\-control procedures in line with NHRA requirements. * Prepare dental materials, take and process radiographs where authorised under licence. * Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes and consent documentation. * Manage stock levels of consumables and report shortages. * Provide post\-treatment instructions and reassure patients throughout their visit. **Requirements** * Valid and active NHRA licence as a Dental Assistant (mandatory). * Diploma or recognised qualification in Dental Assisting. * Minimum 2 years' clinical experience, preferably in the GCC. * Working knowledge of infection control, sterilisation and radiation safety protocols. * Good communication skills in English; Arabic an advantage. * Well\-organised, professional appearance and strong patient\-care attitude. * Transferable visa / NOC preferred.
