Demi Chef - Main Kitchen

We are looking for an experienced, hardworking, and professional **Demi Chef** to join our Main Kitchen team at a high\-end restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have solid kitchen experience, good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities * Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations. * Prepare and cook food according to recipes and restaurant standards. * Assist with mise en place and preparation before service. * Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. * Properly store, label, and rotate food products. * Monitor ingredient usage and help minimize food wastage. * Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service. * Support the team during busy service periods. * Follow instructions from senior chefs and maintain a professional working attitude. Main Requirements * **Previous experience as a Demi Chef or similar kitchen position is required.** * Experience in a high\-end restaurant, hotel, or professional kitchen is preferred. * Good knowledge of food preparation and basic cooking techniques. * Strong attention to detail and food presentation. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast\-paced kitchen. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Professional attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn. * Physically fit and able to work long shifts when required. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
