**Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment:** Full\-time **Joining:** Immediate joiners preferred **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced **Demi Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen** to support our culinary operations and deliver consistently high\-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook dishes within the assigned hot kitchen section. * Ensure all mise en place is completed accurately and on time. * Follow approved recipes, portion sizes, plating, and presentation standards. * Support the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team during service. * Maintain proper food storage, labeling, rotation, and temperature controls. * Follow HACCP, Dubai Municipality, food safety, and hygiene standards. * Minimize food waste and maintain proper handling of ingredients. * Keep the assigned section clean, organized, and service\-ready. **Requirements** * Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef in a hotel or quality restaurant. * Strong hot kitchen experience. * Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene. * Able to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team. * Currently based in the UAE preferred. * **Immediate availability is highly preferred.** Pay: AED3,500\.00 \- AED4,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Can you join immediately?
