Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Arabic Kitchen Job Summary The Demi Chef de Partie – Arabic Kitchen supports the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of the Arabic Kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high\-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards. The role is responsible for maintaining consistency, food safety, and operational excellence while contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities * Assist the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of the Arabic Kitchen. * Prepare and present authentic Arabic dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards. * Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and handled in compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area. * Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the Chef de Partie. * Support the training and guidance of junior kitchen team members. * Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation. * Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve operational goals and guest satisfaction. Qualifications \& Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role (Demi Chef de Partie). * Previous experience in a 5\-star hotel is required; luxury hotel experience is an added advantage. * Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and food preparation techniques. * Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Available to join within one month.
