**About Flash Freeze**
Flash Freeze Manufacturing LLC is the only flash freeze processing facility inside the Dubai Fruit and Vegetable Market at Ras Al Khor. We freeze surplus fruit the same day it arrives at the market.

**The Role**
You are the last link in the cold chain — the difference between a product that left the facility perfectly frozen and one that arrives to a customer compromised.
This is not just driving. Reliability here is not a soft skill — it's the entire job, and it's the last thing standing between everything upstream and a customer's trust.
**What You Will Do**
→ Deliver B2B and D2C orders within committed time windows, every route
→ Confirm cold\-chain equipment is working before every single route — no exceptions
→ Collect proof of delivery per account requirements
→ Report vehicle issues or delivery exceptions the same day they happen
→ Support raw material or equipment pickups when scheduled
**Apply If You**
✓ Hold a valid UAE driving license with a clean record
✓ Have delivered refrigerated or temperature\-sensitive goods before
✓ Treat a delivery route as yours to own, not a list of stops to get through
✓ Notice a problem with your vehicle or cargo before it becomes a bigger one
✓ Communicate immediately when something goes wrong, instead of hoping it resolves itself
✓ Are comfortable navigating Dubai traffic and delivery windows under time pressure
**Do Not Apply If You**
✗ Have never delivered temperature\-sensitive or perishable goods
✗ Would delay reporting a problem to avoid an uncomfortable conversation
✗ Need someone checking in on you to stay on schedule
✗ Treat cold\-chain equipment checks as optional when you're in a hurry
✗ Don't have a valid UAE driving license and a clean record
✗ Are uncomfortable with a route that changes day to day
