Job Title: Database Administrator Company: Digidco Data Solutions About the Role Digidco Data Solutions is seeking a details\-oriented Database Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our growing data infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure database security, high availability, performance tuning, and seamless data accessibility to support core business systems and client deliverables. Key Responsibilities * Database Maintenance \& Operations: Install, configure, monitor, and maintain relational and non\-relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server). * Performance Tuning: Perform query optimization, index management, capacity planning, and system resource allocation to ensure peak performance. * Security \& Compliance: Implement role\-based access control, encryption, security patches, and compliance auditing to safeguard sensitive data. * Backup \& Recovery: Design, test, and execute comprehensive data backup schedules, disaster recovery plans, and failover procedures. * Data Integrity \& Automation: Write automated scripts for database maintenance, data migration, ETL processes, and routine operational tasks. Requirements * Experience: 3\+ years of professional database administration experience in high\-volume or enterprise environments. * Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in SQL development, database architecture, replication, indexing, and performance monitoring tools. * Platforms \& Tools: Hands\-on experience with MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or cloud database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL). * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, fast troubleshooting skills, and clear communication with developer and operations teams. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٢٬٨٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
