Data Scientist

We are looking for a skilled **Data Scientist** to develop data\-driven solutions using statistical analysis, machine learning, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets and translating business requirements into practical analytical and machine\-learning solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. * Develop and implement **machine learning and statistical models**. * Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and optimization. * Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into data science solutions. * Develop predictive and classification models for business use cases. * Evaluate model performance using appropriate statistical and machine\-learning techniques. * Use Python and relevant data science libraries for analysis and model development. * Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, BI teams, and business stakeholders. * Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights. * Support deployment and monitoring of data science models in production environments. **Required Skills** * 5\+ years of experience in **Data Science / Machine Learning / Advanced Analytics**. * Strong programming skills in **Python**. * Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn, or similar libraries. * Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts. * Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. * Experience working with SQL and relational databases. * Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques. * Experience with cloud platforms or ML platforms is an advantage. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
