Data Science Manager

We’re hiring a Data Science Manager to join a fast\-growing technology business in Dubai. This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who can lead a strong Data Science team while remaining close to the technical work — building and deploying machine learning models that solve real business problems. **What you’ll be doing:** * Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists and ML professionals * Own the development of machine learning and predictive modelling solutions from concept through to production * Work closely with Product, Engineering and senior business stakeholders * Define the Data Science roadmap and identify high\-impact use cases * Improve model performance, experimentation and deployment processes * Establish best practices across modelling, experimentation and ML development * Help scale the Data Science capability as the business continues to grow **What we’re looking for:** * Strong background in Data Science and Machine Learning * Previous experience leading or managing Data Science teams * Excellent Python and SQL skills * Strong experience with predictive modelling, statistical modelling and ML techniques * Experience taking models from experimentation into production * Comfortable working in fast\-paced, product\-led environments * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Work Location: In person
