WE ARE HIRING Company: Cosmetics\-Based Manufacturing Company Location: Maabilah Industrial Area, Muscat Gender: Female Nationality: Any JOB VACANCY – DATA ENTRY OPERATOR \& ADMIN ASSISTANT We are looking for a Data Entry Operator \& Admin Assistant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and on time. * Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the company system. * Verify invoice details, customer information, quantities, and pricing. * Maintain proper records, files, and documentation. * Provide general administrative and office support. * Handle emails, correspondence, and document filing. * Prepare reports and spreadsheets as required. * Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and other departments. * Scan, organize, and maintain both digital and physical records. * Assist management with day\-to\-day administrative tasks. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Entry, Invoicing, and/or Administration. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. * Familiarity with accounting or ERP software, preferably Odoo, will be an added advantage. * Good typing speed with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Good written and verbal communication skills in English. * Ability to work independently and efficiently handle multiple tasks.
