Data Entry Officer

We are looking for a highly accurate and detail\-oriented Data Entry Officer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have strong experience using ERP systems and be confident in entering, reviewing, and maintaining accurate employee and operational data within the system. **Key Responsibilities:** * Add new employees to the ERP system and ensure all required documents and employee records are complete before finalizing their profiles. * Enter and update employee and operational data accurately in the ERP system. * Review entered data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency. * Verify information against source documents and follow up on any missing or unclear data. * Organize, maintain, and archive employee documents, files, and supporting records. * Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate system updates. * Prepare basic reports and data extracts when required. * Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in data entry and ERP systems is essential. * High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail. * Good technical background and ability to work confidently with systems and databases. * Excellent document control and file\-management skills. * Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. **Location:** Riyadh **Salary:** SAR 2,800 per month **Employment Type:** Full\-Time الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٢٬٨٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر سؤال (أسئلة) طلب التقدم: * Please describe the steps you would follow to add a new employee to an ERP system, including how you verify that all required documents and information are complete before activating the employee record. موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
