Data Entry

We are looking for a Data Entry \& Administrative Assistant with basic knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and F\&B/Restaurant operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting daily administrative and operational activities. Key Responsibilities: * Enter, update, and maintain company data accurately. * Prepare and update Excel sheets and daily/monthly reports. * Assist with basic financial records, invoices, expenses, and sales data. * Enter and maintain restaurant sales, inventory, stock, and wastage records. * Assist with basic food and beverage costing and stock reconciliation. * Check data and reports for accuracy and identify discrepancies. * Maintain organized physical and electronic documents. * Support Finance, HR, and Operations departments with administrative tasks. * Assist in collecting and organizing information from different branches or outlets. * Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information. Qualifications \& Skills: * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * 1–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Administration, Finance, or F\&B. * Basic knowledge of accounting and restaurant operations. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. * Experience with POS/ERP systems is an advantage. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good organizational and analytical skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Good communication skills.
