Applicants must have existing authorisation to work in the country. **Key responsibilities*** Design and develop **GenAI\-powered models and prompt frameworks** * Implement **GenAI analysis** results * Develop AI logic to: Identify repeated items across Data sources and detect systemic issues and patterns * Build **quality analysis and scoring models** to rate assessment reports (0–100%) based on predefined criteria * Collaborate with Data Engineers to: + Access structured and unstructured assessment data + Utilize vector databases for semantic search and contextual retrieval * Continuously refine AI outputs through: + User query analysis + UAT feedback + Prompt optimization and model fine\-tuning * Support go‑live validation, performance monitoring, and AI accuracy improvements post\-deployment. **Required*** 6\+ years of experience in **Data Science / Applied AI** * Strong hands\-on expertise in: + **GenAI / LLMs** + NLP techniques + Prompt engineering and agentic workflows * Experience working with **vector databases** and RAG\-based architecture. * Proven ability to translate **business rules and evaluation frameworks** into AI logic * Strong analytical and explainability mindset able to justify AI outputs to business stakeholders. **Desirable*** Experience in **enterprise assessment, audit, or performance management systems** * Exposure to SAP\-integrated AI solutions **Personal** Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
