#### **Job Description** Role Purpose: Engagement Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing member engagement data, identifying trends and insights, enhancing existing dashboards and systems, create new analytical platforms. Key Accountabilities: 1\- Member Data Analysis; * Collect, organize, and analyze member engagement data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, email campaigns, event attendance, support tickets). * Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform member outreach strategies. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key member engagement metrics. 2\- Member Segmentation and Personalization; * Develop informative digital channels that explain the key features and benefits of the company's services 3\- Performance Monitoring and Reporting; * Tracking and analyzing customer engagement team performance and inputs * Reporting the results of the engaged customers * Identifying and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction #### **Skills** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Good Analytical skills * Presentation skills * Excel and Power BI knowledge is a must #### **Education** Bachelor's degree in industrial engineer or related field
