Cybersecurity Proposal & Pre-Sales Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a Cybersecurity Proposal & Pre-Sales Specialist to support the end-to-end development of technical proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and tender submissions. The role focuses on analyzing customer requirements, preparing compliant technical documentation, and coordinating with internal SMEs and technology partners to deliver high-quality cybersecurity proposals. Key Responsibilities • Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tender documents to identify technical and compliance requirements. • Prepare and review technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), compliance matrices, and solution documentation. • Coordinate with cybersecurity SMEs, solution architects, delivery teams, and vendors to gather technical inputs. • Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and reusable response repositories. • Ensure proposal quality, accuracy, compliance, and on-time submission. • Support solution scoping, BOQ preparation, and technical presentations when required. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field. • 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, proposal writing, bid management, technical consulting, or security operations/GRC roles. • Strong experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. • Good understanding of cybersecurity domains such as SOC, SIEM, IAM/PAM, GRC, DLP, EDR, and Network Security. • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills in English. • Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or NCA/NIA cybersecurity standards is preferred. .
