**About Us** Bondex Supply Chain Management is a fast\-growing global logistics and supply chain company providing integrated freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and cross\-border logistics solutions. With operations across Asia, North America, and the Middle East, we are committed to delivering efficient, compliant, and technology\-driven logistics services to customers worldwide. As our business continues to expand in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking an experienced **Customs Specialist** to join our Riyadh office and support our import and export customs operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily import and export customs clearance activities in Saudi Arabia. * Ensure customs declarations comply with ZATCA regulations and Saudi customs requirements. * Review and verify customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other shipping documents. * Classify products using the correct HS Codes and ensure accurate duty and tax declarations. * Operate Saudi government customs systems, including FASAH, SABER, and other related online platforms. * Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and government authorities to ensure smooth cargo clearance. * Handle customs inspections, shipment delays, cargo holds, customs inquiries, and related operational issues. * Monitor changes in Saudi customs regulations and ensure internal compliance with applicable laws and procedures. * Support continuous improvement of customs processes and participate in customs digitalization initiatives. * Prepare customs reports and provide operational support to management. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum **3 years** of customs clearance experience in Saudi Arabia. * Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, import/export procedures, and ZATCA requirements. * Hands\-on experience using **FASAH**, **SABER**, and other Saudi government customs platforms. * Solid understanding of HS Classification, customs valuation, tariff regulations, and customs documentation. * Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies. * Excellent problem\-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Willingness to travel occasionally to ports, airports, or customs offices when required. **Language Requirements** * **Arabic:** Native or fluent proficiency (required) * **English:** Professional working proficiency (required) * **Chinese:** Mandarin proficiency is a plus. **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive tax\-free salary (negotiable based on experience) * Performance and annual bonus * Company\-provided accommodation * Transportation allowance or company vehicle * Comprehensive medical insurance * Paid annual leave * Annual round\-trip airfare to home country * Career development opportunities within a growing international logistics company Pay: ﷼12,000\.00 \- ﷼15,000\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: * English (Required) Work Location: In person
