CUSTOMS & INVENTORY COORDINATOR

**HIRING: CUSTOMS \& INVENTORY COORDINATOR** **Location: Kuwait** We are looking for a **Customs \& Inventory Coordinator** to join our team in Kuwait. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle and coordinate **customs clearance for shipments arriving from China**. * Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, and transport companies. * Follow up on shipment documentation, clearance status, and delivery schedules. * Coordinate with the **store/warehouse team** to ensure timely receiving and proper inventory arrangements. * Monitor incoming shipments and ensure quantities and documents are properly recorded. * Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth movement of goods from **port to warehouse**. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in **customs clearance, shipping, logistics, or inventory coordination**. * Good knowledge of **China–Kuwait shipments and import procedures** is preferred. * Good communication and coordination skills. * **Arabic language knowledge is preferred.** * Computer skills, particularly **MS Excel**, are required. * Candidates currently residing in **Kuwait** with relevant experience are preferred. **Position:** Full\-Time **Location:** Kuwait **Interested candidates:** Please send your updated CV with the subject **“Customs \& Inventory Coordinator – Kuwait.”** Kindly send your CV to Work Location: In person
