Tele Sales \& Shopify \& social media executive– Female Location: Dubai, UAE Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month About the Role RAFPLAY is looking for a smart, creative and well\-spoken Female E\-Commerce \& Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with Shopify, social media and customers. This is a hands\-on role with three main areas: managing our online store, maintaining our social media presence and handling customer enquiries. Main Responsibilities Shopify \& E\-Commerce \- Upload new products to our Shopify website. \- Create attractive and professional product pages. \- Write and improve product titles, descriptions and basic SEO content. \- Upload and organise product images and videos. \- Update prices, specifications, collections and product information. \- Create and update website offers, discounts and promotions. \- Make sure product pages are complete, accurate and visually attractive. \- Regularly check the website and identify products or pages that need improvement. Social Media \& Content \- Manage regular posting on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. \- Create attractive posts, stories and simple reels. \- Write engaging captions for products, offers and promotions. \- Use Canva and similar tools to create simple marketing content. \- Coordinate with our videographer and suggest creative ideas for product videos, reels and promotional content. \- Help plan content around new products, seasonal campaigns and special offers. \- Respond to social media comments and messages. \- Keep the company's social media pages active and professional. Customer Service \& WhatsApp \- Answer incoming customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries. \- Understand what customers are looking for and recommend suitable products. \- Provide information about prices, products, availability and delivery. \- Follow up with interested customers through WhatsApp and phone calls. \- Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers. \- Keep customer enquiries and follow\-ups organised. \- Ensure important enquiries are not missed. \- Assist customers from their initial enquiry until the sales team takes over or the order is completed. \- Send WhatsApp broadcasts for new products, promotions and special offers. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate should: \- Be female and currently residing in the UAE. \- Preferably have her own visa / husband or family visa. \- Speak and write English fluently. \- Arabic speaking and writing is strongly preferred. \- Have previous experience using Shopify or another e\-commerce platform. \- Be comfortable handling customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries. \- Understand Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. \- Know how to use Canva. \- Have good computer skills. \- Be creative and have a good eye for attractive online content. \- Be organised and consistent with customer follow\-ups. \- Be confident, friendly and professional when communicating with customers. \- Be willing to learn and take responsibility for her work. Experience in e\-commerce, customer service, Shopify or social media management is preferred. Important We are not looking for an advanced Google Ads or SEO specialist. We are looking for a practical, reliable person who can confidently manage our Shopify products, social media activity and day\-to\-day customer enquiries. Training and guidance can be provided for the right candidate. Salary AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month, depending on experience.
