Customer Support Executive

Job description Job Summary We are looking for customer service executives to provide excellent customer service. The job involves outbound calling, handing inbound enquiries and providing customer service on messaging applications. The role can be purely calling or customer service back office operations depending on communication level, prior work experience and agression towrads work completion. This role requires data management, record keeping and preparing reports. Key Responsibilities Calling on the data given for customer acquisition Attend marketing enquiries for customer acquisition Followup on prospective leads to customer acquisition Keep customer record and followup Providing prompt customer support on phone, whatsapp, and other applications Proactively reaching out to customers for support, new business and references Keep data record, prepare reports and follow the team leader There could be day shift or night shift depending on the requirements.
