Customer Support Associate

Opportunity for Bahraini Nationals. We are looking for a Microsoft L2 resource with 3 \+ years of Experience having advanced skills on O365, patch management in below areas. * Point of contact for all the o365 related issues * Provide support on the cases for o365 * Maintain and operate the environment of office 365 which includes of AAD, Portal, Exchange online, OneDrive for business, MS teams and Sharepoint online * Review risks and vulnerabilities reported from the office 365 portal and remediate the same * Complete responsibility for end point patch management * Monitoring of the security and compliance portal * Provide support on Microsoft on premise exchange services * Implement risk mitigations on o365 workloads * Documentation \& reporting every issue to maintain a healthy knowledge base.
